Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and a tracking number will be provided.

We work with trusted U.S.-based suppliers to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Freight Shipping (Large Items): 5–10 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Shipping Costs

We proudly offer FREE shipping on most orders within the continental United States.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Alaska & Hawaii
• Remote or rural locations
• HVLS fans

If additional shipping fees are required, we will contact you before processing your order.

Freight Deliveries

Due to the size of certain items (such as mini split systems, large garage heaters and fan systems), your order may be shipped via freight carrier.

Please note:

• A delivery appointment may be required
• Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery
• Items are typically delivered curbside

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

• High demand

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
